To become an official exchange student of EASD Orihuela exchange student you must take into account the following dates:
Academic year 25/26
Deadline Nomination
– Autumn Semester: 30th May 2025
– Spring Semester: 12th November 2025
Deadline Application
– Autumn Semester: 30th June 2025
– Spring Semester: 12th December 2025
PROCESURE
1. Nomination
The student needs an official nomination from the home university. In the nomination email (erasmus@esdorihuela.com) we must receive the following information from the student:
- Full name of the student/s
- Email address
- Subject Area
- Level of Study (Undergraduate/Bachelor, Graduate/Master)
- Proposed period of study in EASD Orihuela
2. Application
Upon the reception of the nomination sent by the home University, EASD Orihuela will contact the students by e-mail and request the following documentation:

Once we have reviewed the proposals, we send a confirmation e-mail to the student requesting the following documentation. We’ll also send them information and recommendations regarding arrival, housing, and more.
- Proposal of Learning Agreement (OLA)
- Transcript of Records
